The layout of the table in the page header is wrong

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. Open DOCX

Actual Results:  
Height of the left side of the table differs from the right side

Expected Results:
Should be the same size as in ODT


Reproducible: Always
