These are not workaround for ugly UI rendering.
Reinstall 5.3.2.2, apply font replacement, restart LO.
No changes.

LO 5.3.2.2 on Windows 10 x64 Home, nVidia 310M, FullHD Low DPI LCD,
added Open Sans, Noto Sans UI, Noto Sans screenshots.

Back to 5.3.1 here again.
