Description:
On Latest Windows 10 insider build (16188), The LibreOffice close immediately
after opening.
When I Open the LibreOffice 5.3 Icon, it starts and immediately close, 
When I Open any Office files like xlsx, docx... it starts and immediately
shutdown...


Steps to Reproduce:
1. open ibreOffice 5.3 Icon or any type of office documents
2. then it starts
3. then it auto close.

Actual Results:  
it starts and immediately it auto close.

Expected Results:
it starts and stay opened...


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No, But I restart my computer several times.
