steps to reproduce

- Menu Tools/Options...
  LibreOffice Writer/View/Guides [X] Helplines While Moving
  LibreOffice Calc/View/Visual Aids [X] Helplines while moving
  (btw: -> different spelling While/Moving)

- open new writer document
- insert Form Control -> Text Box
- drag form control
-> Helplines are visible

- open new calc document
- Insert Form Control -> Text Box
- drag form control
-> Helplines are not visible

btw: worked in aoo32, seems to be defect since aoo4
