A hopefully clean and minimalist LO template file, that demonstrates the
problem

I'm filing this bug as a consequence of trying to follow all the advice
provided for my problem 106476.

While trying to follow the advice provided, I started with a fresh document to
create a new template for my novels.

I believe I have followed the advice, while meeting my own requirements, and I
have a satisfactory template.

I'm filing this bug because of an oddity I noticed while working my way
incrementally to this (hopefully) clean document, which also displays the
oddity.

Starting from page 4 in the attached document file, the grey box that shows the
document text area is placed in different positions, alternating up and down by
2 to 3 pts on each page. You can see this by looking at the placement of the
top edge of the document text area compared to the faint grey dots of the
document grid. (2~3pts higher on the odd pages than on the even pages).

I'm filing this bug because I feel either there’s a bug in LO, or a hidden
property or setting I’m unable to discover. And I'm worried that I've
misunderstood something, and my new and "clean" template is not as clean and
simple as I think it is.

I have also drawn a diagram that I believe represents how the page margins and
property settings control the placement of text in various areas on the page.
Feel free to use it in any way you like (for LO documentation), if it's
correct. If it's incorrect, it may hold a clue as to why the document text
area starts moving, from p4 onwards.
