Description:
Using LibreOffice ver 5.2.7.2 (x64) and Windows 10 ver 1607 with Java ver 8
update 131 (build 1.8.0_131-b11). I added Oracle 1.8.0.131 under
Tools>Options>Advanced. Did complete shutdown and restart and still same error
occurs. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new database (HSQLDB Embedded)
2. Next
3. Yes, register the database; open for editing
4. Finish
5. Save New Database3.odb
6. JRE is Defective dialog appears


Actual Results:  
File is created but unable to continue.

Expected Results:
To be able to add tables, etc.


Reproducible: Always
