Similar to 'Fields: Hidden Paragraph' (.uno:ShowHiddenParagraphs), hidden text
should be made independent from 'Formatting Marks' (.uno:ControlCodes) so it
can be shown/hidden irrespective of the state of 'Formatting Marks'.
