WinDbg 32 StackTrace with better symbols

Crashes on 32-bit Windows builds as well...

Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: CL

WinDbg StackTrace with better TB39 symbols attached. !analyze -v says it is an
epoxy issue with wgl and vcllo WinOpenGLContext
