Completely different source. The Tabs for Notebookbar are a new UI development
for MUFFIN--the tabs in dialog frames are core and legacy to LO function.  More
appropriate to correctly integrate the Notebookbar to pick up UI controls
allowing OS DE norms than the other way round.
