Description:
The LibreOffice icon is stored in the dock.
When starting a second icon shows shows up in the dock.
This is not a horrible accident but a bit annoying.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Starting
2.Statrting
3....

Actual Results:  
2 icons

Expected Results:
No 2nd icon


Reproducible: Always
