Can not reproduce with either the 32-bit or 64-bit builds. These issues most
often are problems with one of the affiliated mirror sites.

Please re-download from the project archive [1]. Then check the HASH of the MSI
against its associated MirrorBrain metafile.

If the HASH checks out, and an install attempt completes let us know the Mirror
site you used--we'll have to let the maintainer know to update and validate.

If still having issues--we will need an installation log. Done from command
line with msiexec.exe /i LibreOffice_5.3.3.2_Win_x64.msi /L*v installLog.txt
