Opening pdf documents in Draw results in symbols rather than the document.
Larger pdf documents cause libreoffice to freeze for long periods (5+ minutes). 

See attached screenshot.

Running Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon 64bit version 2.8.8. Libreoffice 4.3.3.2.

Let me know what other info is needed.
