to reproduce problem

Everything (Scrolling, Data entry, Line Deletion/Insertion) works well before
line 1000 or so (cannot define exact line where the problem shows up)

After that, each and every action is delayed by up to 10 seconds.

In the attached Bad_Spread_Sheet.odf problem is reproducible.

Tried LO 5.3.x, dir not change anything.
