The bug is still present in Ubuntu 16.10 and LibreOffice 5.3.3.2

Bug behavior changed:

1. It only happens when clicking "Save As" in toolbar button, not in window
menu.

2. The the blocking is less severe.

3. When I click "Open" button in the other App both programs crashed.

4. When I click "Insert Chart" button in Calc "Save As" window closes.
