Since LO 4.1 there are (increased number of) 8 available styles in "paragraph
styles" toolbar dropdown. 
Dropdown is used in classic Formatting and new Formatting (Styles) toolbar from
Bug 106781.
Since this is the easiest use of paragraph styles, there should be some more
frequently used styles available there by default. 
My candidates are: Text Body Indent, Caption, Heading.
