As they are custom colors, in the custom palette.

Well Data Series 13 wasnt defined in the old standard palette, so if it is a
different color than the one automatically generated internally by LO, it would
have to go under the custom palette.

Once we have chart color presets added to the wizard and chart type dialogs
(bug 90307, bug 90490), that tab in the options dialog would be obsolete.

For me this bug should be closed. @Heiko: Whats your take?
