I don't know what you have tried before, but send private emails should be used
only to send some private data/file for test purpose or something similar. BTW
remember that we are volunteers.

I think you are talking about two files with different behavior, or a file with
two sheets. I don't know, but there is only one spreadsheet with one sheet.

In any case the issue with your file seems that in some way the option
Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice Calc/Calculate/Date, has been changed to
12/30/1899 from 01/01/1900, selecting the second one shows correct values,
right?
