Windows 10 Pro - Libre Office Impress clean install

Unable to insert video into slide. Tried ogv, flv, wav, mov - always the same
error message: file format is not supported

Installed gstreamer in Windows - no difference

Inserted a link to a video file on local file system and video plays in VLC
(full screen). At the end of the video it remains in VLC until manual exit back
to Impress. 

Repeatable.
