There is something weird about your document. I recreated a similar one from
scratch and I don't see the problem of losing formatting.

If I copy the first paragraph in your document and paste it in a new paragraph
before the last, the boldness is lost.

If I do the same with my own document, the boldness is not lost.

The only difference in the structure of the content.xml is that my document has
the element <text:p text:style-name="Standard"> as a parent container for 2 of
the paragraphs, but your document does not have the Standard style.
