Description:
Using two fingers on my touchpad, or my touchscreen, the screen goes black
until it moves again. Even if I don't touch it, the screen goes between black
and on. When using pgdn or pgup, problem does not appear

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Writer
2. Scroll down or up
3.

Actual Results:  
Screen blacks out

Expected Results:
Scrolled down 


Reproducible: Always
