debug WinDBG from procdump

Bug 102622 was about DOC where page counter keeps increasing and more and more
RAM is allocated. It's no longer repro in 6.0+ in Windows and Linux.

But there's another issue with that DOC: LO not responding on fast scroll over
page 17. Tested in Windows with 6.0+. Rene also wrote: 
"my system crashed when I scrolled"
