Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha1+

Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Calc: group

I can't reproduce the upper case to lower case letter change. My path has mixed
case letters, starting with capitals. None of them are changed.
Note that my path has neither spaces nor !,# or $.

If the issue is with interpretation of these characters in URLs (which is the
case when linking to an external cell, then the title should be revised
accordingly.
