Print window with fault print-preview

i have a problem with the print of a  singel envelope without a letter. On
writing screen the envelope is presented landscape format. The first trail of
printing presents a upright formate print-prewiev.
I have to print this way before the program gets the right layout(landscape
format) for the print, this happens every time I open the file for print.
