Description:
When i copy a cell with a comment and paste it i lose the comment. This issue
is randomly reproduced.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copy a cell with comment
2.Paste the cell in a new cell
3.Verify comment does exist or not

Actual Results:  
3. Comment in cell exists

Expected Results:
3. Comment in cell does not exists


Reproducible: Sometimes


User Profile Reset: No
