This bug (highlight color appears while editing but not during slide show)
happened to me on Version: 5.2.6.2, Build ID:
a3100ed2409ebf1c212f5048fbe377c281438fdc, CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Mac OS X
10.13.1; UI Render: default; Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); Calc: group

This happened to me during a presentation. It was rather awkward since the
slides didn't make much sense without the highlight colors.
