Description:
In trying to insert the Euro sign into text the normal Alt+E does not work, nor
does ctl+Alt+E

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tried Alt + E
2.Tried Alt + Ctl + E
3.

Actual Results:  
Could not achieve the Euro sign

Expected Results:
Should be able to achieve the Euro sign


Reproducible: Always
