I'm not seeing any issue in the current version. I'm able to copy the table (as
long as I don't select the merged cell), and split on the "/"
Note that LibreOffice first thinks some of these numbers are dates in my locale
settings, but when I split them the still have the same value.
It is to be expected that you have issues like this though when pasting from
the web.
