Hard to reproduce (the version that was deleted had been created a few years
ago with an older version of the software), but I've noticed this asymmetry:
When you create a version, the document is saved immediately (automatically),
but when your delete a version, the change notifier is not set, so when closing
the document, nothing is saved (i.e.: there is no prompt for saving).
