That's the normal behaviour. But the cursor appears within the textbox and it
appears in the normal text, if you click somewhere outside the textbox.

So I'd like to narrow down your problem: Do you miss the cursor within the
textbox or do you miss it, when you click outside the textbox?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' after you gave the information.
