Description:
Went to install version 5.4.3.2 64-bit and installation failed.  Cannot
uninstall the previous version -- but it no longer runs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install LibreOffice_5.4.3_Win_x64.msi -- actually 5.4.3.2
2.Error comes up:  Error 1500. Another installation is in progress.

Actual Results:  
Will not install.  Did several recommended windows fixes such as turning off
the WinInstaller.  Doing that, the new problem comes up -- cannot find
LibreOffice 5.4.0 (uninstaller).

I never loaded version 5.4.0.  I went from 5.3 to 5.4.2.  And I can't find
version 5.4.0 to see if having that available might help.



Expected Results:
I just cannot get LibreOffice installed now.

Additional Info:
I no longer have any version of LibreOffice and cannot install older versions
either.
