Description:
>From the AppStore page to download LibreOffice Vanilla, there is a link on the
right hand side that is localized and indicates (in French for me) : Assistance
: LibreOffice Vanilla

- clicking on this link opens the English GetHelp webpage from the LibreOffice
project ;

- there is nothing on this GetHelp page which tells a user how to file a bug
report.

If the aim is to get feedback on problems with LibreOffice Vanilla, submitting
bugs for it needs to be made easier.

Also, just from a localized point of view, the link should at least point to
the supported language of the LibreOffice Vanilla installation.

Actual Results:  
Link for GetHelp points to general LO GetHelp page in English, ignoring
localized installation and AppStore page.

There is no link to bug submission on the LO GetHelp page

Expected Results:
The AppStore link should lead to the localized GetHelp page and there should be
somewhere where the user can directly file bug submissions to BZ
