Description:
Image compression seems to be rather slow and CPU hogging for high resolution
images
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Compress the image to jpg 90; 200 dpi with any Interpolation filter
(Lanczos)
Actual Results:
Takes around 5 seconds to compress with a progression bar (and LibO
unresponsive)
Expected Results:
2 second or so (FastStone image viewer/IrfanView)
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
