Extract the *.zip, open the database and start the report.

Since LO 5.0 you could add not only images but all other files with the
imagecontrol of a form to a database. First page of *.pdf-files will be shown
in the imagecontrol of the form. Other files, which aren't known images, will
leave a blank control.

Extract the attached folder. There is a database and some files, which are
linked to the database: One image, one *.pdf-file and the same content as in
the *.pdf-file as *.odt-file.
Open the database and start the report.
The image will be shown in the report.
The *.pdf-file won't be shown. Flickers here with failure-warning.
The *.odt-file won't be shown. Flickers here with a smaller failure-warning.

The *.pdf-file will be shown if you try to insert it as image in a
writer-document. There are *.pdf-files, which will be shown in the imagecontrol
of the report - but this special file seems to have problems.

All this I have tested on OpenSUSE 42.2 with
Version: 5.4.3.2
Build-ID: 92a7159f7e4af62137622921e809f8546db437e5
CPU-Threads: 4; Betriebssystem:Linux 4.4; UI-Render: Standard; VCL: kde4;
Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); Calc: group
