Extract the *.zip-file and open the database.
Open the form of the database and switch through the rows.
There will be shown an image, second row the first page of a *.pdf-file and
third row leaves a blank imagecontrol.
Start the report of this database.
*.pdf-file won't be shown - it is described in bug114057.
*.odt-file won't be shown as expected in the form. There will be shown a little
error instead of a blank imagecontrol. This error shouldn't appear in a report.
It should be leaved blank as you could see in the form.

All this I have tested on OpenSUSE 42.2 with 
Version: 5.4.3.2
