User often need to add appendices to a thesis, report or book. To add an
appendix in the same file one has to create a new style (often with same level
as Heading 1) but with different numbering and other attributes.

The bug is to create a new style "Appendix", under Title inheritance, similar
to "Table of contents" for the purpose of adding appendices.

E.g. Font size 16pt, bold.

Actual Results:
NO specific Appendix style, must create it from current headings settings

Expected Results:
A predefined/default "Appendix" style, inherited from Title paragraph style.

Reproducible: Always
