Sample ODS file with A4 size for "--headless" conversion to PDF. Test please:
does it remain A4, or does it become Letter when converted to PDF?

This replaces the originally used "lh-dummy.ods" as the A4 input file. The new
file name "lh-dummy-a4.ods" makes its clearer what its purpose is, especially
when comparing output results achieved with testing "lh-dummy-letter.ods".
