Description:
various labels (circled in red in the attached screenshots) are wildly
incorrect. They seem to have been exchanged with labels for a different place
in the application.

Steps to Reproduce:
open any odb file

Actual Results:  
wildly incorrect labels

Expected Results:
labels descriptive of the action taken when clicking there, or of the situation
presented


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
