Bug ID: 114145
Summary: FILESAVE XLSX 3D area chart shrinks along the x axis
and the Z axis label disappear by Calc
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+ Master
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Chart
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org

Example file made with Excel 2013
It is possible to create 3D area chart with LibreOffice Calc, but if we want to
stretched along X or Y axis the diagram is deformed unlike the excel diagrams.
If we create a 3D area chart with MSO Excel and open with LibreOffice Calc the
chart shrinks along the X category axis. Another problem at this chart is the Z
axis label, which disappears after we open the file in LibreOffice Calc.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel.
2. Add values to a few cells in a column.
3. Select the cell range that contains the data.
4. Create a simple 3D area chart in Microsoft Excel.
5. Open the file in LibreOffice Calc and compare it with Excel.
Actual results:
The chart shrinks along the X axis. The chart in Calc doesn’t show the Z axis
label, which disappears after we open the file in LibreOffice Calc.
Expected results:
3D area charts should not shrink along the X axis. If we stretched a chart in
Calc along X or Y axis the diagram shouldn’t be deformed by LibreOffice Calc.
The chart should display the Z axis labels.
