Using Writer 5.4.1.2 localized to Spanish, several icon's tags in Navigator
window are in English. So, not localized.

Actual Results:  
"Set reminder", "Promote Chapter", "Demote Chapter", "Promote Level" and
"Demote Level" icon's tags are in English.

Expected Results:
Those tags should be localized to Spanish. According to "Navegador" offline
help: "Insertar marca", "Un capítulo hacia arriba", "Un capítulo hacia abajo",
"Subir un nivel", "Bajar un nivel".
