Hi Xisco,

thanks for asking. Unfortunately I neither know the underlying root cause of
the problem nor have I time to look closer into this at the moment, so cannot
work on a clean solution now.

It would be great if somebody else - maybe more experienced with Impress Remote
- could have a look.

If no clean solution is possible at the moment, it might still be an option to
integrate my workaround to at least get a working version for now, in case the
problem is a general one and the alternative is to have a non-working Impress
Remote - but this is up to somebody else to decide...
