Description:
Selecting with (ctrl+)shift+arrows doesn't work within cells if a spreadsheet
is opened in read-only mode

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an .XLS file in read-only mode
2. Press F2 on a cell
3. Press Sfit+Left/Right arrow, or Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right arrow

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:
Select part of the cell


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
