Since LO 5.4 it seems not to be possible to use styles for automatic numbering
of headings on different outline levels. Steps to reproduce

1. Create new Writer document, Press F11 and select "modify" on Paragraph Style
"Heading 1", tab "Outline and Numbering": Cannot modiy, all fields greyed out.
So modifying the Outline and/or Numbering of the Heading style is not possible.

2. Create new Writer document, Press F11, Select the numbering style and select
"modify" on Style "Numbering 1", then

2.1 In Tab "Organizer" all fields are greyed out or not selectable (see
#112870)

2.2 In Tab "Outline" select the field with "1., 1.1, ...). Nothing changes,
changes are ignored.
