It turns out that the TOC issue seems to have been fixed in LibreOffice 6.0,
but not in LibreOffice 5.4.

As for the undisplayed graphics by LibreOffice 5.4 with LibreOffice 6.0
installed in parallel, well, graphics were displayed after resetting user
profiles, but some graphics are still not displayed by LibreOffice 5.4, while
LibreOffice 6.0 displays them.
