            Bug ID: 113217
Summary: extremely high memory usage when cutting an entire
                    column
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 5.3.6.1 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: gogeccc at gmail.com

Description:
When I select a column and cut it, memory usage increases steadily until the pc
becomes unusable, while showing 100% utilization of the memory and the swap
partition.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a spreadsheet
2. select a column by clicking on its top
3. ctrl + x or edit -> cut

Actual Results:
Memory and swap usage increases in a very fast pace until the system becomes
unusable due to 100% memory and hard drive utilization

Expected Results:
I should be able to cut the column data and paste it somewhere else

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I guess that what is being done is iterating through all the cells of the
column, even if they're empty of data, possibly creating their copies
