I am sorry, but I am really not a bug person, as I have said.  So, I really
don't know how to write a bug report, particularly for every problem this
latest version of Libre has.  I have listed the issues and what I've done to
try to remedy them.  I've been using Libre for several years now, and have
never had any problems of this sort.  The only thing I can report is what I
have, although now I can also add that I just downloaded and installed the
5.4.2.2 version of Libre and all the problems are still there.  :(  I don't
know what the problem is, but they seem to be a technical issue with Libre. 
Downloading and installing is about as simple as it can be, and as I said, I've
never had a problem before this.  

I hope someone figures it out and "kills the bug" soon.  Right now, Libre is
not very functional for us.  :(
