Thanks for the insight.

Tested 3.3, 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.4 and 6.0 alpha 1 and in none of these versions
did it work with Windows' OS dialog, so not sure how this is a regression.

In 3.3 and 6.0 alpha 1, if using LO's file dialogs, it works fine.
