Description:
After import EMF+ the lines are misplaced, compared to LibreOffice 5.4.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice
2. Drag and drop EMF+ file


Actual Results:  
The lines are misplaced compared to MS Office and LibreOffice 5.4

Expected Results:
The lines should be in correct position


Reproducible: Always
