When one enters a formula cell with references, the referenced ranges should be
highlighted with different colors; the highlighted border has four handles at
corners. Dragging the highlited area with mouse moves the reference; dragging
those handles extends referenced range.

But in current master towards 6.0, there's no highlight on Windows (tested with
Win10x64 RUS; reported also on Win7). The ranges aren't controllable with
mouse.

Resolves: tdf#108795 merge table EditEngine language attributes to input line
... when editing there, so the SvxAutoCorrect behaviour is synchronized.
Depends on commit 06d14411a447cd798d1f0678a3c5e06f5278a1cb that disentangles
the stateful SvxAutoCorrect instance.

This change is backported to 5.4, so it is also affected since 5.4.2.
