Two tables (GRADES, RANGE) not aligned to the left and makes blank lines in 1st
page.The Web Project Management table now not at the top of the 2st
page.LibreOffice shows the document with 4 pages.

Confirmed with Versions: OOo 3.0.0 (Inherited from OOo),LibO 3.3.0,LibO 5.2.7,
LibO 6.0.0

When I open it in LO and save a copy as doc even worse mess with tables and
shows 5 pages.
