As it wouldn't be practical to bundle fonts for each language within the main
installer, but it is important for LO to promote open source fonts, like it
currently does with Liberation fonts, i would like to suggest that we offer
font bundles per locale on the download webpage, along with the UI and help
installers.

These font bundles would be created once per OS and updated when needed, which
will limit the amount of work involved in maintaining this feature.

This enhancement is mainly targeted towards Windows and Mac OS, which do not
ship open source fonts.
